Group Equipment Class Membership FAQ

The Group Equipment Class Membership* is our recommended option for clients who attend group Equipment (Reformer & Tower) classes regularly. The Membership offers billing convenience and our lowest Equipment class rates. The Membership is billed automatically every 28 days. 

*Group Class Membership is available to established Thrive clients only. Please reach out if you are new to the studio and interested in this Membership option.

If you wish to pause the contract, you must submit your request to pause in writing or via email at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle date. Memberships may be suspended for up to 90 days, and then will resume on the auto-renew schedule at the current studio membership rates. We cannot extend or pro-rate a 28-day cycle.

All pauses in membership will be a minimum of 28-days and up to three (3) four-week cycles. The membership will not get billed for the amount of days requested and will automatically resume on the date agreed upon. If a client will not be able to attend for a period longer than 90 days, the membership will be canceled and the sign-up fee will apply to resume the membership.

You have the 28-day period to get your “monthly” classes in. If you miss one of your regular weekly classes, we recommend finding another class that week or taking an extra class during one of the other weeks, as long as it is in the same 28-day cycle. Unused classes do not roll over to the next 28-day cycle. 

The membership classes can be used for any classes of lesser value (Mat or Barre). Membership does not apply to other pilates sessions. Private, Semi-Privates, and Trio’s will continue to be billed through our regular package or drop-in system.

If you are unable to attend a class that you are signed up for, please cancel a minimum 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the start of class will count as a late cancellation and is debited as one class from the monthly membership.

If you no-show for a class, meaning you did not communicate with the front desk or instructor, or did not cancel yourself via the Mindbody app, the class will be debited from your monthly membership. Additionally, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25 with the CC on file. 

If a client late cancels or no-shows three or more times in a 28-day cycle, membership will be discontinued.

Cancellations made with at least a 24 hour notice, either on the Mindbody app or through the front desk, are not charged.

Our cancellation/no-show policy is in place to ensure consistency and support. We teach small group equipment classes including Reformer, Tower, and Jump Board classes; only five clients maximum per class. Small classes allow our staff the ability to offer individual attention, to maintain the quality of instruction and to provide safety; ultimately allowing the client to gain the greatest benefits of the work.

– Monthly Members receive private sessions at the discounted rate of $74/session and group classes at the discounted rate of $38/class

​​There are no shared passes or transfers with family or friends.

You may cancel at anytime with a 30-day written notice via email or in-person through the front desk. After 30-days, your Membership will discontinue and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.
