Join us for a 7 day/7 night restorative movement retreat on the gorgeous coast of Nicaragua. This retreat, led by Jessica Gradhandt, will be held in the most beautiful cove of Costa Dulce, a community-run surf & yoga retreat eco lodge in southern Nicaragua.
We will enjoy two classes per day, working with a combination of Pilates, Restore Your Core®, and other forms of nurturing movement. Enjoy fabulous meals, opportunities for rest, massage, cacao ceremonies, temazcal ceremonies, sunset sailing, surfing, exploring the local area, and more. Above all, the retreat will prioritize a safe and inclusive space for movement, connection and exploring.
Class will be held on the mat in our own private yoga shala. We will flow, we will go deep, we will go easy and we will rest. You get to choose how much is right for you throughout each class. To participate in this retreat, participants must feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor, kneeling (with supportive props, as needed), and aware of their own modifications and limitations. Props, some modifications, and variations may also be offered throughout.
This retreat is designed to bring a balance of structured and unstructured time, so you have the space to choose: connect within, deepen your awareness of the world around you, and/or both.

LODGING & PRICING:
Retreat registration fee ranges from $2500/person to $3600/person, depending on type of room reserved (private vs shared bedroom, private vs shared bathroom, etc).
Price is per person and all-inclusive: 7 nights lodging at Costa Dulce, on-site retreat center meals, one 60-minute massage, one cacao ceremony, and one temazcal sweat lodge. All other activities, including surf lessons & rentals, sauna & cold plunge, guided jungle walks, San Juan del Sure day-trip, etc may be purchased for additional fees. Air fare and transportation to/from the retreat center are not included.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot; 50% of the balance will be due by October 1, 2025 and remaining 50% will be due by December 1, 2025.
